Philosophy

Our wisest historical mentors have shown the merits of applying introspection, reflection, curiosity, experimentation and open mindedness in pursuit of their missions. Sage Leaf draws on these practices to help clients create intentional action in their professional and personal lives. In doing so, clients are empowered to grow, expand, turn over new leaves, step into new spaces and shift habits as needed.

Kate’s approach is practical, inquisitive and compassionate. Her coaching practice is guided by a belief that each client has the capacity to identify and commit to their own solutions, and her role is to help draw those to the surface.
